The plain truth

Generic email tools don't know what an inventory is.

General-purpose email tools are built around contacts and content. They have no real concept of a thing you sell: one that arrives, gets priced, sells, and is replaced by the next one, and has to show up in an email exactly as it is right now.

Without a tool built for this, you end up doing one of three things. None of them good, and none of them is how Inventory Mailer works.

01

Rebuild every week.

Copy-paste from a spreadsheet. Update prices. Re-upload photos. Hope nothing's stale.

02

Pay a developer to wire it up.

Connect your list to a tool that was never built for it. Then pay again every time something changes.

03

Settle for what came bundled.

Ugly, slow, and locked down. It looks like everyone else, and you can't change it.

Inventory Mailer is the way out of all three. One product, built around your inventory, so none of that is your job anymore.

What's inside

One account, built around your inventory.

01 / Inventory

Everything is built around your inventory.

Define your own types and the fields that matter for what you sell, then make the list your own: choose the columns, put them in the order you read them in, and sort by any of them, including your own custom fields. Every item carries a full set of photos, not one. Upload a CSV on any plan and we map the columns for you, add items by hand, or connect a feed on Pro and up. Stock somewhere else? Tell us where and we will see if we can help.

02 / Sales Teams

Per-user private books.

Add a Sales Seat for each rep and they get their own private contacts and groups, their own send caps, and their own dashboard. No rep can see another rep's book.

03 / AI

An assistant that drafts, not chats.

It drafts your templates, sets up new fields, proposes your feed mapping, and edits blocks for you. Starter includes a preview allowance of 100K tokens per seat; Pro doubles it to 200K and Business doubles it again.

Build a weekly new-listings template for homes under $500k.

Safe and compliant

Compliant, without the headache.

A lot of businesses dread email because of the legal side: opt-outs that have to work, lists that have to stay clean, data that has to be handled right. Inventory Mailer takes care of that part, so you can send with a clear conscience.

  • Opt-outs that actually work. A one-click unsubscribe in every email, and it sticks even if the contact is re-imported.
  • Bounces and complaints are suppressed automatically, so you stop mailing addresses you should not.
  • We never sell your data. Ask for a copy of it, or ask us to delete it, and we do.
  • Built on SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure (Supabase and Vercel), hosted in the US. Card details run through Stripe and never touch our servers.
  • Send from your own domain, with its sending health monitored for you.
  • A history of who changed what, and when, on the records that matter.
How it runs

Set it up once. Then it works both ways.

What goes out is built from your inventory. What comes back is a name, asking about one specific item.

  1. 01

    Add your inventory.

Add your items yourself, on any plan. Already keep your list somewhere online? On Pro and up, connect it as a feed and your items update on their own, no re-typing.

  2. 02

    Build the email once.

Drag in a live inventory block and set a simple filter, like listings under a price, in stock only. That filter is the whole setup. Every send pulls your current items automatically.

A branded Second Star Equipment weekly-arrivals email: logo header, a featured truck with photo and price, and a live grid of six trucks pulled from inventory.
  3. 03

    Send, and it stays current.

Send now or schedule it for later. Every send pulls your inventory as it stands at that moment, so nothing goes out stale. Then see who opened, who clicked, and which items got the most clicks (full analytics on Pro and up).

  4. 04

They click, and you hear about it.

Every item in the email links to its own page, with the full photo gallery and the salesperson you assigned to it. A buyer asks a question there and it lands in your inbox as a lead, routed to that rep, with the item they were looking at attached.

What you learn Pro and up

Numbers that say what they mean.

Where the mail actually got to, which campaigns earned their send, and which items people kept clicking. Every number says what it counts and the dates it covers, so you never have to guess what you are looking at.

  • Sent, delivered, opened, clicked, drawn to scale so you can see where the drop-off is.
  • Bounces and unsubscribes counted against the same campaigns, on their own clocks.
  • The inventory people clicked most, so you know what to feature next week.

Who built this

Built by an engineer who
actually answers.

Inventory Mailer is built and run by a software engineer who cares about two things: software that is genuinely good, and treating you like a person. It came out of years spent around email marketing, watching businesses with real inventory fight tools that were never meant for them.

Common questions

Things people ask before they sign up.

Do I have to import inventory by hand?

No. Upload a CSV on any plan and we read your column headings and map them for you, so a whole catalogue comes in at once. You can still add or edit items by hand whenever you want. On Pro and up you can also point us at a feed, a JSON or CSV file your system already publishes at a web address, and we read it on a schedule so your items update on their own. If your inventory lives somewhere none of those reach, tell us what you have and where it lives. We are glad to take a look and see if we can help, and what people actually have is what shapes the imports we build next.

Can I use my own sending domain?

Yes, on every plan including Starter. You add a few CNAME records to your domain once, which is what lets us sign your mail as you. We keep checking those records and tell you if one stops resolving.

What if I exceed my email or contact limit?

Sending pauses until the next billing cycle. Excess imported contacts mark inactive (still viewable, not sent to). We never auto-charge overage fees.

Can salespeople have private contacts?

Yes. Add a Sales Seat for $15 per user per month. That user's contacts and groups are invisible to the rest of the team, enforced by the database itself rather than by a setting in the app. Owners and admins can still see everything, which is the default.

Is there a free plan?

No. We offer a 30-day free Pro trial instead, capped at 500 emails and 500 contacts while you evaluate. It takes a card to start, which keeps the system free of abuse, but we never auto-charge. You pick a plan when the trial ends or the account goes read-only.

What happens when I cancel?

Access continues until the end of the billing period. After that the account becomes read-only. We keep your data so you can pick up where you left off; ask us to delete it and we do.

Where does my data live?

Your account and contact data are stored and processed in the United States: Supabase for the database, Vercel for the app, SendGrid for delivery. Some vendors also run on global edge networks for routing and bot protection. Every vendor and its location is on our Subprocessors page.

Stop rebuilding the same email every week.
